ABOUT

If you often feel like you’re not good enough—like you're constantly trying to be in control, prove your worth, or fix the way you eat or look—you’re not alone. I’m a qualified CBT therapist, and I support adults who feel stuck in cycles of low self-esteem, body image distress, and struggles with food. You might not meet a diagnostic label—and you don’t need to. If things feel overwhelming, exhausting, or all-consuming, that’s enough. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that keep you feeling stuck—from critical thoughts and self-doubt to coping behaviours that no longer serve you. Using evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I’ll help you make sense of what’s going on and start building a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. You don’t need to have the perfect words—or even know exactly what’s wrong—to start therapy. I’ll meet you where you are.
