If a provider does not show up for a session, clients will receive a full refund, and the provider’s ranking might be affected.
Rescheduling Policy
Providers can reschedule their sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty, but they must receive confirmation from the client before the reschedule can be completed.
Reschedules made within 24 hours of the session require the client’s confirmation before the reschedule can be completed. Failure to get a confirmation in time may result in no-show situations, so the provider is always advised to attend sessions in those cases.
Compensation and Fees
Providers will receive their expected earnings if a client cancels within 48 hours of the session or does not show up.

Clients who cancel more than 48 hours before the session will receive a refund minus 5% processing fee. Providers will not receive compensation for clients' early cancellations
